Price 50 sotykiv” (Плян міста Львова з коротким провідником. Наклад Товариства "Просьвіта". З Друкарнї Наук. тов. ім. Шевченка. Цїна 50 сотиків). The date of publication is not noted. The publication contains information about the objects identified in the map: “Names of institutions identified on the map” (Назви інституції означеної на плянї).

The map was printed at the Lithographic establishment of A. Andreychyn.

• In the lower left corner is information about the publisher: “Published by Prosvita”(Накладом Товариства “Просьвіта”).
