Legend:
- In the lower left section is the name: “City of Lviv” (Miasto Lwów).
- In the lower left corner is the city’s coat of arms.
- Under the name is information on the city’s layout, the number of inhabitants and buildings, and how districts are identified with different colors:
- “District I, Halich” (I сzęść Halickie)
- “District II, Krakow (II сzęść Krakowskie)
- “District III, Żółkiew” (III сzęść Żółkiewskie)
- “District IV, Łyczakow” (IV сzęść Łyczakowskie)
- “District V, Downtown ” (V сzęść Śródmieście)
